Human resource development (HRD) in education is a strategic factor in improving the quality and competitiveness of educational institutions. The challenges of globalization, the digitalization of education, and the demands of educator professionalism require a systematic, contextual, and sustainable HRD development strategy. This article aims to comprehensively analyze the concept, role, and integration of internships, job rotations, and comparative studies in HRD development in education, based on a literature review. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review of relevant Sinta-indexed national journal articles. The results indicate that internships play a significant role in improving the practical and professional competencies of HRD in education, job rotations encourage the development of multi-competencies and leadership readiness, while comparative studies serve as a means of transferring good practices and institutional innovation. The integration of these three methods forms a comprehensive and adaptive HRD development model in education. This article contributes to strengthening the conceptual framework of education management and provides practical implications for educational institution managers.
