Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including how individuals learn, interact, and shape their behavior. Digital psychology has emerged as a field of study that examines the relationship between technology use and mental health and the dynamics of human behavior. This research aims to explore the impact of digital technology on mental health and behavior, while also analyzing its implications for education. The method used was a quantitative approach, collecting data through questionnaires from students and educators, which were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results indicate that the intensity of digital technology use has a significant impact on psychological conditions, such as stress levels, anxiety, learning motivation, and student social interaction patterns. On the one hand, technology provides benefits in increasing information access, learning effectiveness, and student creativity. However, on the other hand, excessive use has the potential to cause problems such as decreased learning concentration, device dependence, and mental health disorders. These findings emphasize the important role of educational institutions in developing digital literacy, strengthening character, and providing psychological support so that technology can be used in a healthy and balanced manner. Thus, integrating digital psychology into educational practice is a strategic step towards creating an adaptive, humanistic learning environment that is oriented towards students' mental well-being.
